About Easyfolk
Videographer, Storyteller, Community Builder
Easyfolk was born out of the desire for the acoustic music community of Portland to come together and support one another. The genre has a long history of togetherness: from front porch harmony singing to the festivals that defined the culture. Easyfolk continues that history by providing the space for artist-to-artist and artist-to-fan connections. Independent musicians are passionate and tenacious, often going to great lengths to support themselves and get their music out into the world at the same time. Easyfolk supports these artists by providing accessible, high-quality video services and a chance to promote these videos on easyfolk channels, opening them up to an audience that has grown with each new artist’s video.
We’re creating an anthology of Portland acoustic music, and providing opportunities for these artists to meet and collaborate. If you’re a songwriter, a duo, or a band we hope you’ll book an Easyfolk session and come be a part of what we’re building.
